Tales from the Talent Wars
(aka Talent Management)

Join us April 19th when Rich Hazeltine, Tech Leadership Development Program Manager at Zappos, IP Inc., leads a lively discussion on Talent Management. We’ll explore the current environment including a shift in workplace skills, competition for the best people and look at ways to evaluate the current landscape. With a good idea of where we stand we can look at strategies to win the war for talent (i.e. smart recruiting, stay interviews, enrichment and solid planning).

Areas of expertise include leading large-scale change in culture and process, training, organizational development, and advising senior leaders on communications and roll-out strategies that drive success of business, technical and social projects of all sizes.

Credentials including MBA, CPLP and SPHR round out a background centered on people, performance and lifelong learning. He has taught graduate and undergrad courses in Strategic Management, Operations, Ethics, Communications, HR and Risk Management.

Accomplishments include building scalable corporate universities and benchmarking processes, as well as driving financial results through a strategy of training, teamwork and accountability.
